We are writing to challenge L&I’s recent rulemaking, WSR 22-05-097. Attached is a letter setting forth the basis for our challenge. This challenge is timely as it is within 7 days of the Order, February 16, 2022 at 09:18 AM. We anticipate that you’ll communicate your decision on the validity within 7 days as required by RCW 34.05.350(3).
