Silent Majority Foundation advocates on behalf of our Members with the goal of making lasting impact for all citizens.
Election Integrity
Silent Majority Foundation sent litigation hold letters to 25 Washington state County Auditors related to 2020 election data, demanding that certain records be retained under threat of litigation. This data includes IP addresses and access times for the voting software of each county. Of note, when this information was previously obtained, it appeared that 3rd parties were accessing the software. This leaves the question of the security of these important voting systems.
We received responses from several County Auditors that they're seeking the data from the software vendors and that new records retention policies are being implemented. This is a WIN for the people of Washington state!
Additionally, we have advised these County Auditors that we will be seeking the same data for the 2022 primary elections (August 2022) and that they preserve this data.
Unconstitutional Mandates
Silent Majority Foundation advocated on behalf of the constitutional rights of Washington citizens by confronting:
- Labor and Industries (L&I) - in opposition of Vaccine and Mask Mandate enforcement for businesses.
- Office of Financial Management - in opposition to enforcement of Jay Inslee's COVID mandates.
- Washington Board of Health and School Board of Education's - in opposition to considering the addition of the COVID-19 Vaccination to mandatory vaccine schedule for K-12 students.
- Department of Ecology - concerning limitations to be put in place for livestock housing.
- Liquor and Cannabis Board - in opposition to enforcement of Governor Jay Inslee's COVID mandates.
- Assisted with many EEOC complaints and provided education on how to submit a successful claim.
- Advocated on behalf of two individuals who were fined by TSA for defying mask "requirements."
- Advocated for a patient at Sacred Heart Hospital who had a medical condition that made it impossible for her to mask and was denied access to healthcare for this reason.
Whistleblower Complaints
Silent Majority Foundation assisted in drawing up Whistleblower complaints against the City of Seattle.
Public Records Act Requests and FOIA
Silent Majority Foundation has submitted hundreds of PRA requests on behalf of our Members, as well as assisting volunteers with the successful submission of Public Records requests.
