SMF Amicus Briefs
Silent Majority Foundation is taking on Constitutional cases in Washington state and across the nation to see rights restored to the People and liberties protected for generations to come.
SUPPORTING THE MEANING AND VALUE OF AMERICAN CITIZENSHIP
In Washington v. Trump (Western District of Washington case no.: 2:25-cv-00127), Silent Majority Foundation joined an amicus brief filed by 18 States, including: Iowa, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming in support of President Trump’s Executive Order Protecting the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship.
SUPPORTING THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM CHEMICAL & SURGICAL MUTILATION
Silent Majority Foundation has joined Alabama in filing an amicus brief to
support Executive Order 14,187,
which aims to prohibit pediatric chemical and surgical gender-transition procedures. This comes after Washington, Oregon, and Minnesota sued to challenge the order, citing WPATH’s Standards of Care (SOC-8) as evidence supporting gender-affirming care. Alabama's prior litigation in 2022, defending a law banning pediatric sex-change procedures, uncovered troubling findings about SOC-8. Documents revealed SOC-8
lacked scientific evidence, was
politically influenced, and was framed as a legal tool rather than a scientific guideline. These revelations form the basis of Alabama’s argument in the brief.
SMF is committed to protecting the lives and well-being of children across the nation. We need your help to continue this critical work!
