SAVE WASHINGTON FFL'S

Silent Majority Foundation has four lawsuits challenging unconstitutional gun laws. Each of these lawsuits will have bearing on the ability of FFL's to operate successfully in Washington state without the state placing unconstitutional limitations on firearms and magazines. We are uncompromising in our mission to see the restoration and protection of the right to bear arms.

"These laws directly attack the Washington and US Constitutions and We, The People. Silent Majority Foundation will not let these laws stand, and we’re gearing up to take on even more work to protect second amendment rights.

Our Members make it possible for us to fight for Second Amendment rights."

Our 2A Lawsuits

  • Washington v. Gators Guns is at the Washington State Supreme Court. We had hearing on January 14, 2025, and we anticipate a decision this spring. We’re representing a small FFL in Kelso by challenging the constitutionality of the state's infringement of our rights by prohibiting the sales of “Large Capacity Magazines.”
  • Guardian Arms v. Washington, challenging the “Assault Weapons” ban, is in the Thurston County Superior Court. We’re awaiting the Supreme Court’s ruling in the Gator’s case so we can apply the most up-to-date law of the land before we proceeding further with this challenge.
  • Brumback v. Ferguson, challenges ESSB 5078 which prohibits the manufacturing, importation, distribution, sale and/or offering for sale of "high-capacity" magazines. This case is awaiting a decision in Duncan v Bonta and/or a decision in Gator’s Guns.
  • Does 1, 3, 5 v. Inslee challenges the constitutionality of banning “ghost guns.” This case is presently in the Thurston County Superior Court.
